How to register for the FORUM

    Microsoft engineers have fixed the servers of the “Speech dictation online”.
    It was not easy but after three days of chat they finally convinced themselves that they had a Bug.

    Thanks for making theremino …. u r awsome, love you.

    I need a help if possible … in theremino IOTModule ….. , I need to add on demand SSID / pasword change. Already the libraries are available online, and have tested them. Unfortunately, when I add them to the IOTModule system, in Arduino, there are errors. Can you help me in this.

      I don’t know what you’re doing, I’m sorry but it’s too hard to understand…
      If you use the IotModule with our IotHAL application you should follow our instructions.
      I don’t know what else to tell you.

          On demand? And what is the channel you think to use to send SSID and Password to the module? Maybe the serial line connected to the USB?

    We published Theremino GPT – Version 4.3

    Communication with OpenAI is finally restored (hadn't worked for three days).
    There are also big improvements in the Player application, including downloading video and audio files (read the documentation of Theremino Player).
    Audio files are downloaded in Webm format because turning them into MP3 would lose quality

    This new version emits meaningful messages if the serial is closed or no data is received. It also handles the serial port box better, that in some cases was lazy to open up.

    We've reset Theremino GPT to work.

    The version 4.7 Restore operation without having to make your own key (leaving the OpenAI-KEY box blank).

    As a reminder, our API-KEY only works with GPT-3.5-turbo.

    Let's take this opportunity to explain to those who don't know yet that GPT4 is very expensive, as much as thirty times more expensive than GPT 3.5 turbo. In addition, GPT4 is slow to respond, so it should be used sparingly and only if necessary.

    In the versions 5.4 and 5.5 the two DirectX DLLs were missing, so on many Windows they gave an error and did not open. The new version 5.6 Corrects this issue.

    For those who encounter problems with the compilation of the firmware for the IOT Modules with the Arduino IDE (1.8.19), you have to check in the IDE: Instruments-> Card-> Card Manager, look for ESP32 by Espressif Systems that the installed version is the 1.0.6.
    The versions 2.0.10 and 2.0.11 block compilation.
    If one of these two versions is installed, Just select the version 1.0.6 in the drop-down menu of the Card Manager and install it. No need to restart the IDE.

    This version can access the new GPT-4o (or stands for omni) Updated October 2023, Noticeably smarter than the previous ones and with improved responsiveness.

    GPT-4o costs a quarter of what the previous GPT4 costs (less than 10 cents for every thousand words) But it always costs money 10 times compared to GPT-3.5-turbo (less than 1 A penny for every thousand words) for which If you want to use it, you have to make your own API-KEY on the ChatGPT website as explained at the beginning of this chapter:
